Sir Sitacharan Barod was the founder & plinth of Our Sunflower School. He was an active social worker, a known advocate & Secretary of Corporation Bank, Hoshangabad for many years. He was also a renowned person of the town. His tenure as Our First School President was from 1963 to 1967 & 1970 to 1972.

Twice he was elected as the president of the our Samiti. his tenure was from 1967 to 1969 and again from 1969 to 1970. He was a well known contractor in forest department and one of the renowned personality of the town.

Sir had been a famous forest contractor in Harda. His tenure was from 1969 to 1969.

He has showered his knowledge in advocacy for many years in Harda. His tenure was in 1969

Sir had given his share of fruitful work in the School for a short period of 2 months in the year 1972 but his work in the Samiti for the School has been immemorable.

He remained on the post for two tenures from 1978 to 1987 and again was elected president during 2002 to 2005. He is a contractor in the forest department and a transporter. He is also the founder of hotel raj residency

Twice he was elected as the president of the committee during the year 1987 to 1990 and again from 1993 to 1998. He was a freedom fighter a well known social worker. He was also a contractor in P. W. D.

He remained on the post for two tenures during 1990. To 1993 and again from 1998 to 2002. He played a leading role in the establishment and strengthening of the institution. He is a tax consultant and an able guide for the institution.

He was the president of committee from 1993 to 1993. He was also the president of the Harda municipal committee. He is one of the famous business man of the town and also the founder of Jyoti press.

At present the post of committee president is with Shri Kamalchand Jain. He is on the post from 2009 till the date. He is a successful advocate of the town. He also guided the ‘Lions Group Harda’ as a President. Besides this he is an active member of various social welfare organizations.
