Terms & Conditions

  • 1. It shall be the responsibility of the parent to arrange conveyance for sending and icking up their children from the school. If they authorize some other person it should be informed to school administration in writing.
  • 2. All payment are to be made strictly at the school counter between July to October.
    • i. Payment may be made at the school counter/ On line mode strictly between 1st to 15th of every installment month.
    • ii. The receipts and the counterfoils should we filled by the parents /guardian if this is not done, the book and amount will be returned to them.
    • iii. Late fee once due, will not be exempted.
    • iv. Timing of the school counter in working days is from 8:30 a.m. to 2.30 pm.
    • v. After the due date late fee Rs 50/-Rs. would be charge as per rule.
    • vi. In case the fee book is lost new book will be issued after paying Rs 100.
  • 3. School fees must be deposited in the office with the prescribed time failing which is fine up to 25% of the payable amount will be charge along with the fees.
  • 4. All the students will have to follow strictly the rules and regulation and order made in this connection. The parents will have to confirm the compliance of rules by their children otherwise the name of the child may be struck off from the school.
